Become part of our great team as a Commercial Development Manager, Strategic Partnerships with Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs). Responsibilities Identify and evaluate potential CMO partners aligned with Datwyler’s long-term growth strategy. Build and manage strong, trust-based relationships with strategic partners and key stakeholders. Negotiate partnership agreements that create mutual value and drive commercial success. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align and execute partnership initiatives. Develop joint go-to-market activities including co-branding, cross-promotions, and strategic marketing. Monitor partnership performance through KPIs and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership. Stay ahead of industry trends and identify new partnership opportunities that enhance our competitive edge. Your Profile Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. 5–7 years’ experience in business development or strategic partnerships within healthcare or parenteral packaging. Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
