Sales Management Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Italian market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market trends and be able to develop effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish Channel System: Develop and implement a channel system that includes agents, secondary KA, and OEM customers, ensuring seamless supply chain management.
* Market Fund Utilization: Formulate product and price strategies to maximize market funds and drive sales revenue.
* Distributor Optimization: Analyze and optimize the distributor system to ensure accurate sales forecasts and maintain market order.
* Sales Strategy Development: Create quarterly and annual sales goals and plans, improve marketing organization systems, and allocate resources effectively.
* Regional Sell-In and Sell-Out Management: Ensure accurate sales forecasting and manage regional sell-in and sell-out activities.
Requirements:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales Management, or related field.
* Experience: More than five years of relevant local work experience in the Italian market, with a proven track record of success in integrated marketing.
* Skills: Strong market development and sales capabilities, ability to withstand pressure, and excellent interpersonal skills.
