It is a true “fil rouge,” a thread of passion that unites all his creations.We are looking for a client advisor for our boutique in Turin.Responsibilities:Welcome clients, promoting the brand culture and conveying the spirit of Antonio Marras; being a client advisor means being a Brand Ambassador for the brand;Achieve store sales goals by monitoring KPIs and using effective sales techniques (focusing on up-selling and cross-selling);Ensure correct application of the Antonio Marras customer experience (sales ceremony) by providing excellent service before and after sales;Gather and update client information and purchase history to develop a relevant client portfolio that helps understand their needs and buying attitudes;Contribute to creating a positive work environment and a team based on sharing know-how and best practices;Follow visual merchandising guidelines;Ensure proper stock replenishment and effective stock management.Requirements:Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the luxury sector;Great passion for fashion, knowledge of trends, and strong sensitivity to the product;Excellent sales skills and goal orientation;Fluent knowledge of English; knowledge of a second language is a plus;Additional qualities include flexibility, dynamism, teamwork, excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, and initiative.Work location: TurinWe support gender equality and promote a fair and inclusive environment.
