Welcome guests promptly and attend to tablesServe food and beverages, offering recommendationsAssist guests with menu queries, special requests, and dietary needsRecord transactions accurately in the MICROS systemCheck in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each course and drinkClean tables, complete closing duties, and restock tableware and suppliesCommunicate menu questions, wait times, recount orders, and product availability to the kitchenAdhere to cycle time guidelines for all mealsMaintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the dayInspect the cleanliness and presentation of china, glass, and silver before useFollow standard operating procedures and brand identity guidelines at all times
Qualifications
Legal right to work in Italy (valid work permit for full‐time role)Fluency in English and ItalianUnderstanding of F&B operations and luxury hospitalityPositive, outgoing personality and strong conversational skillsTeam‐oriented mindsetExperience in a similar role in fine dining restaurants (advantage)Ideally, knowledge of Micros software
Physical and Safety RequirementsAbility to move and lift up to 25 lbs, stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, and maintain a professional appearance in a clean uniform.
