Our client, a leading automobile manufacturer, is recruiting for a Sales Manager to join their business in Italy. Sales Manager ASAP Sales & Ordering Planning: Develop sales and ordering plans based on corporate marketing objectives and market demand. Inventory Management: Perform daily/monthly statistical analysis on vehicle \"Purchase-Sales-Inventory\" (PSI) and provide timely reports to stakeholders. Marketing Strategy: Achieve corporate KPIs by developing and adjusting automotive marketing strategies aligned with market dynamics. Dealer Management: Conduct daily management, training, and guidance for dealers, while supervising and evaluating sales performance to ensure alignment with targets. Implement Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) surveys and drive rectification measures for complaints or performance gaps. Operational Monitoring: Monitor terminal dealer operations and key account business performance. Retail Marketing & Logistics Execution: Oversee dealer communication content, CI/VI uniformity, and advertising support policies. 5 years of OEM sales work experience in Italy ~ Sales management experience across the Chinese OEM automotive sector in Italy, is preferred. ~ Proficient in Italian, fluent in English can be used as a working language.
