Sales-Oriented Receptionist About Us: Paragon 700 Boutique Hotel & Spa is a luxurious 5-star boutique hotel known for providing exceptional experiences, personalized service, and a unique blend of elegance and comfort. Our goal is to ensure every guest feels special, and we pride ourselves on delivering unforgettable stays. We are currently looking for a dynamic, results-drivenReceptionist with a strong sales orientation to join our talented team. As a Back Office agent, you will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day operations of our bookings while actively contributing to the hotel’s revenue growth. This position requires a hands-on, guest-centric leader with a proven track record in sales and a passion for hospitality gained in Italy and abroad. Key Responsibilities: - Front & Back Office sales Management: Analyze market and industry trends to identify growth opportunities - Sales Leadership: Proactively identify opportunities to drive hotel revenue, including upselling room types, packages, and services. - Team Building: Guide and motivate front office staff to provide exceptional guest experiences, focusing on both service excellence and sales performance. - Revenue Management: Collaborate with management to optimize room rates, occupancy, and overall revenue. - Goal: Contribute to company growth by proposing new approaches and strategies - Reporting & Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports on front office performance and sales targets. - Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, food & beverage, sales) to ensure revenue growth. You will report directly to the owner. Qualifications: - 3 years of experience in the same role in a Boutique Hotel (maxi 30 rooms) or similar environment. - Be familiar with the Italianadministration - Strong sales acumen, with a proven ability to drive revenue through upselling and identifying sales opportunities. - Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - A passion for hospitality, with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences. - Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to stay composed under pressure. - Knowledge of Hotel Management software of Direct Holiday PMS and SimpleBooking systems and background in revenue management is an advantage - Fluent in ENGLISH and Italian ( minimum C1 written and C1 verbal).
