Within the Brand Marketing Team, we are searching for a Brand Marketing Project Manager, reporting to the Brand Marketing Senior Manager.
This role has the strategic aim to orchestrate key marketing projects, delivering dedicated go-to-market packages for each project launch, granting a One Brand Experience approach.
The candidate will work in synergy with Global Brand and Communication, Retail teams and Business and Innovation Units.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Contribute to build and revise Global Marketing Communication Calendar, according to Company Key Objectives
* Contribute to orchestrate Key Projects for each year according to Brand & Communication Strategy and Objectives, with the aim to elevate the Brand, with a consistent One-Brand approach
* Contribute to design and deliver the Launch Packages - including all main information on products, objectives, strategy, content, experience dynamics, while coordinating all key stakeholders to ensure full alignment to the overall strategy
* Contribute to define and deliver a clear retro-planning and key milestones for each project and ensure full respect
* For all key projects, consolidate an orchestration plan with all specific information to be shared with Central teams & BUs
REQUIREMENTS:
* Master’s degree in Marketing, Economics or similar
* 7 years experience in similar positions
* Project management skills with the ability to manage & prioritize multiple projects and tasks
* Strong organizational skills and analytics skills
* Innovative, dynamic and proactive approach
* Solution-focused with strong communication skills
