This role owns delivery outcomes within clear boundaries: scope, schedule, quality, readiness, and customer adoption for their project. You spend most of your time on detailed planning, sequencing, dependency management, readiness control (testing, data, cutover), issue resolution, and day-to-day delivery leadership.
