Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for a Technical Sales Specialist to support the Sales team during the initial phases of selecting and configuring the company's hardware products.
Activities
Collaboration and Administration
Actively collaborate with the Marketing, Sales, and Administration departments.
Manage the transmission of billing data, periodic controls, and the correct association of invoices/clients.
Manage administrative activities related to suppliers, clients, and partners.
Enter purchase orders to suppliers.
Support and Sales
Support clients in identifying the most suitable products for their needs.
Assist the Sales team in sales activities to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Configuration and Quotations
Create hardware configurations and software solutions through the portals of various vendors and partners.
Draft detailed technical quotations.
Business Development and Customer Care
Identify potential new clients and manage the first contact, building positive and continuous relationships.
Provide constant technical support and in-depth information on the company's products.
Required Skills
High School Diplomapreferably in the IT field.
Previous experience of at least 1/2 years in similar roles.
Good IT knowledge: networking, Linux distributions, theoretical/practical knowledge of PC/server assembly.
Fair knowledge of the Office suite – particularly Excel.
English language knowledge at least B1.
Italian language knowledge at least C1/mother tongue.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Problem-solving attitude.
