- EXPORT AREA MANAGER
Full-time, permanent Export Sales Manager, reporting directly to the Sales Director, responsible for managing key EU territories (France, Switzerland, Benelux, Germany, Spain, the UK, etc.), selected non-EU countries and, in the future, the USA. This is a comprehensive role encompassing market research, appointment and development of dealerships across the assigned territories.
Key responsibilities include:
• Expanding and managing the dealership network to drive sales growth.
• Setting annual sales forecasts and supporting dealerships in achieving their targets.
• Training and coaching dealers’ sales teams.
• Monitoring competitor activities and providing regular reporting.
• Collaborating in the organization of company events (e.g., trade shows, customer meetings, etc.).
• Extensive international travel.
A key requirement is the proven ability to assess dealers’ organization, service capabilities, market reputation and financial soundness.
