A Restaurant Manager at Crazy Pizza A Seasonal Restaurant Manager will support the operational team during the summer season. You will manage daily service, coordinate a high-energy team, and ensure an outstanding guest experience. Your responsibilities include maintaining operational efficiency, upholding service standards, and fostering a vibrant atmosphere that reflects our brand. Your day-to-day: Oversee daily restaurant operations, including reservations, table settings, and service flow, to ensure smooth and efficient service. Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, managing stock levels, and reducing waste. Create a welcoming atmosphere and provide exemplary service to all guests, addressing concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and preparation methods to assist guests effectively. Ensure food and service quality standards are consistently met through regular inspections and staff training. Who are you? Strong leadership and team management skills. 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within a fast-paced hospitality or fine dining environment. Good command of English with confident communication skills. Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
