Adecco Italia SpA, for a Multinational Company based in Italy, is looking for the: Sales&Marketing Representative Sell Out - Toscana
Responsibilities
* Peripheral negotiation at the point of sale (managing relationships with store managers, in-store promotions, display boxes, facing, promotional spaces)
* Monitor daily the assigned area to ensure compliance with activities agreed upon in the Sell-In (promotions and assortments)
* Consumer data analysis (monitoring pricing vs. competition, reviewing and interpreting promotional actions, reporting discrepancies vs targets) and qualitative analysis of product launches
* Shelf Allocation and implementation of category projects, in collaboration with the Trade Marketing team
* Application and control of strategies and techniques for managing assortments, product display and presentation, and handling POP materials
Requirements
* Education: Master’s Degree in Economics, Marketing, or related fields with an interest in pursuing a career in Marketing/Sales
* Excellent proficiency in the Office Suite
* Local Language: Italian (required); proficiency in English is also essential
* Willingness to relocate within the assigned area (Italy, Tuscany)
* Strong interpersonal skills aimed at building solid and lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Ability to plan work according to priorities and urgencies, with a critical approach focused on data and excellence in execution
* A fast learner open to change, eager to continuously challenge oneself to achieve the best results with an entrepreneurial spirit
* A positive and energetic team player capable of instilling trust and a sense of responsibility
