PSunset Hospitality Group (SHG) is a leading multinational lifestyle hospitality group, with a wide portfolio encompassing Hotels Resorts, Restaurants, Beach Clubs, Nightclubs, Fitness Centers, and more. /ppbr/ppSHG operates over 81 venues in 26 countries with a commitment to deliver authentic and diverse hospitality experiences that bring people together, all around the world. /ppbr/ppFrom the division Sunset Hotels Resorts, we are looking for strongDirector of Sales Marketing /strong for METT Milan Torre Velasca, our new strongResidences and Suites /strongproject, in the iconic Torre Velasca building in the heart of strongMilan. /strong /ppbr/ppstronguMain responsibilities /u /strong /pulliDevelope and manage sales and marketing goals and strategies in accordance with the METT brand business strategy, aligning it with the annual sales plan and sales objectives to achieve the hotel budgets and maximize revenues. /liliHandle budgets for miscellaneous sales activities and promotions. /liliManage assigned FIT Leisure Group accounts and following up to materialize the budgeted revenues through existing clientele and prospects. /liliIdentify sales opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share. /liliDesign and implement a strategic business plan that expands, build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs /liliAnalyze overall monthly property performance and provide summary report with recommendations to improve short, middle and long term strategies by account basis. /liliDevelop and promote weekly, monthly and quarterly sales objectives. /liliEvaluate performance of distribution partners and contracted rates.
