Our passionate team delivers exceptional results through precision execution, strong client partnerships, and seamless operational processes. /p pThe Junior Category Manager will provide comprehensive support to the Head of Category (HC) in managing the Entertainment category, while independently handling key steps of the product development and category management process. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liTrends Analysis ul liCollaborate with Regional Heads of Entertainment, Marketing, and Communication teams to identify key licensing, consumer, and market trends. /li liAttend trade fairs and conduct store visits to gather innovative ideas and insights. /li liMaintain regular contact with Trading Companies to collect new product ideas and opportunities. /li /ul /li liCompetitor Analysis ul liConduct global analysis of competitors’ assortments and campaigns with support from local teams. /li liMonitor market positioning, pricing, and promotional strategies. /li /ul /li liCategory Strategy ul liCollect and analyze data using Power BI to support strategic decision-making. /li liPerform cross-comparisons (e.g., PLUS vs MINUS analysis). /li liCollaborate with Supply Chain and GFT teams to ensure data completeness and accuracy. /li /ul /li liCategory Meetings ul liSupport the organization of weekly Operational Team Meetings. /li liAssist the HC in preparing Category Reviews and presentations. /li /ul /li liLicensing ul liAlign with the Licensing Manager on current and upcoming licenses. /li liManage the product approval process, including coordination of samples. /li /ul /li liDesign ul liDraft Product Design Briefs for new products and key clients. /li liEnsure validation by the HC before sharing with the Product Design team. /li /ul /li liProduct Development ul liPrepare Product Briefs including proposed assortment, specifications, and target costs. /li liCoordinate with the Sourcing Manager after HC validation. /li liManage approval sample processes (Silver Seal samples). /li /ul /li liPackaging Development ul liDraft Packaging Briefs in collaboration with Sourcing, Quality, and Sustainability teams. /li liOversee the full packaging development process, including: ul liCoordination with Creative teams /li liTranslations /li liPhotoshoots /liliApproval processes /li /ul /li liManage Gold Seal sample approvals. /li /ul /li liCost Management ul liAnalyze cost structures and breakdowns. /li liCollaborate with Sourcing to compare actual vs. target costs. /li liSupport the HC in cost evaluation and decision-making. /li /ul /li liRetail Pricing (RRPs) ul liConduct in-depth market analysis to propose recommended retail prices. /li liProvide data-driven pricing suggestions for HC validation. /li /ul /li liLaunch of New Ranges ul liPrepare the Product section of the MIP (Marketing Implementation Plan) in collaboration with cross-functional teams. /li liEnsure alignment with Licensing, Sourcing, Quality, and Sustainability teams before final validation. /li /ul /li liSupply Chain GFT Analysis ul liCollect and analyze post-mortem data from Supply Chain and GFT teams. /li /ul /li /ul pUse insights to support ongoing category strategy improvements. /p h3What We Offer /h3 ul liOpportunities for growth and professional development. /li li38-hour workweek with a hybrid model and flexible working hours. /li /ul h3Must Have /h3 ul liUniversity degree /li liAt least 2 years of experience with Project Management, Product Management and/or Product Development /li liProactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and work independently /li liResilience and the ability to perform effectively under pressure, especially during high-demand periods /li liFlexibility and willingness to travel when required /li liExcellent proficiency in English and Italian /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul liCreative thinking and a strong sense of aesthetics /li liExcellent attention to detail /li /ul pTCC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
