Main activities
* Order insertion and management
* Customer relationship management
* Preparation and sending of estimates
* Complaint management and resolution
* Support to the commercial team in operational and strategic activities
Required requirements
* Excellent level of English, written and spoken
* Previous experience in the commercial field
* Good knowledge of the Office package, with advanced competence in Excel
* Availability to participate in fairs and short trips abroad
* Teamwork predisposition
* Precision, organization, and customer orientation
