Overview
IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY | FULL-TIME | 6-MONTHS
We are looking for a passionate and engaged E-commerce Finance Intern to join Worldwide Financial Accounting Department in our Corporate Offices in Trebaseleghe (PD).
Your Impact

Support in monitoring and reconciling e-commerce sales receipts
- Review of foreign e-commerce electronic invoices
- Reconciliation of intercompany advance payments and e-commerce gift cards
- Preparation of statutory declarations (Intrastat, periodic VAT return, sales listing, etc.) required by local foreign regulations
- Reconciliation of Tax Free Global Blue transactions for e-commerce
- Proper maintenance of VAT ledgers for Fiscal Representatives – e-commerce
- Support in managing EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) requirements across European countries
- Assistance in monitoring and implementing updates to tax regulations (e-invoicing, SAF-T, etc.) in different European countries
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics or related fields
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel)
- Fluent in English
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work in a team
- Flexibility, problem-solving attitude and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
