TXT e-Tech Srl, part of the TXT Group, is looking for an Avionic System Engineer for the Aerospace & Aviation division, as part of a project to develop the avionics of a sixth-generation military fighter aircraft. The resource, following the Model Based System Engineering (MBSE) approach, will be responsible for defining the avionics architecture and drafting requirements for complex avionics systems and subsystems. The role will also involve analyzing high-level requirements, preparing the Design Concept Paper, and developing the SysML model. The candidate will collaborate on defining derived requirements, participate in internal and external reviews, and attend tri-national technical meetings with Italy, Japan, and the UK. Main Responsibilities: Analysis of high-level input requirements and definition of the functional architecture; Drafting the Design Concept Paper (DCP) and managing its approval cycle; Supporting technical review activities; Developing the SysML model and defining derived requirements; Participating in tri-national review events. Essential Skills: In-depth knowledge of aircraft systems, with priority on military platforms; Knowledge of aircraft support systems (mission, communications, navigation, etc.); Basic knowledge of electronics; Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; Familiarity with configuration management processes, versioning, and requirements management workflows. Optional Skills: Knowledge of Cameo and DOORS tools; Good proficiency in SysML or UML ; Basic knowledge of safety and security concepts applied to aircraft. The profile is completed by excellent planning and organisational skills, an aptitude for teamwork, flexibility and a spirit of collaboration in international contexts. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electronics, or Computer Engineering.
