Experteer Overview As Director of Sales you will be the second leader in the Sales & Marketing team, driving revenue across all market segments for Bvlgari Hotel Milano. You will lead and develop a high-performing sales force while building lasting relationships with ultra‑high‑net-worth clients and key partners. The role blends strategic oversight with hands-on leadership to uphold luxury brand standards and exceptional client service. This is a high-visibility role with a clear impact on revenue, brand elevation, and cross-functional collaboration. Retribuzione / Benefits

Develop and execute the hotel sales strategy aligned with revenue objectives and brand positioning Drive top-line revenue across Corporate, Leisure, Groups & Events, MICE, and Entertainment Identify new business opportunities in domestic and international markets Manage and grow a robust pipeline of accounts with qualified leads and confirmed business Oversee key accounts across segments including corporate, leisure, entertainment, and luxury travel trade Build relationships with entertainment professionals, talent agencies, production companies, and luxury travel networks Lead, mentor, and coach the sales team and collaborate with Revenue Management, Marketing, F&B;, and Operations Represent the department at senior levels in the absence of the Director Provide senior-level client management for top-tier accounts and VIPs Produce sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses; monitor KPIs and data integrity Responsabilità

Minimum 7 years of progressive luxury hospitality sales experience At least 3 years in a senior sales leadership role Proven ability to generate and convert revenue across multiple international markets Experience with globally recognised luxury hotel brands or ultra-luxury properties Strong network across corporate, entertainment, and luxury travel sectors Proficiency in hotel PMS and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce); knowledge of revenue management tools Fluent English; Italian advantageous; additional languages considered a plus Requisiti fondamentali
