As a Customer Agent' you will assist Italian-speaking customers' providing them with the support and information they need regarding our automotive products and services. Key Responsibilities - Provide outstanding customer support in Italian across various channels' including phone' email' and live chat. - Assist customers with inquiries related to automotive products' services' and technical information. - Document and track customer interactions accurately in our CRM system. - Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively' ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with other teams to improve service processes and communication. - Stay updated on automotive industry trends' product knowledge' and company updates to serve customers effectively. Requirements - Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is required, knowledge of English is a plus. - Previous experience in customer service' particularly in the automotive sector' is advantageous. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer care. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment. - Familiarity with CRM systems and automotive products is a plus. - Proficient in using computer applications and online communication tools. - A proactive approach to problem-solving and a friendly demeanor towards customers.
