Pre-Sales Engineer - Italy
Client:
EcoFlow has a pressing need for a Presales Engineer in Italy. The ideal candidate will support business development through roadshows and workshops, serving as the technical expert during sales presentations and meetings.
The selected individual will build and maintain relationships with partners, demonstrating technical knowledge and understanding client needs. Key responsibilities include preparing technical materials and presentations for pre-sales support, training and informing partners about EcoFlow products and USPs, gathering feedback from clients and partners to improve products, working closely with R&D, and helping partners customize solutions to achieve commercial success based on your technical expertise.
This is a remote, full-time position in Italy that requires strong self-motivation, proactive behavior, ability to work independently and in teams, excellent communication skills, comfort with customer-facing roles and group training, ability to understand customer needs and find solutions independently, passion for the industry, quick learning capabilities, fluency in English and Italian is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Bachelor's degree or higher in science or engineering, preferably in electrical engineering or related fields, are required. At least 3 years of experience in customer communication and pre-sale technical support, with preference for experience in residential energy storage, is highly preferred.
