Our Company is Seeking a Customer Service Specialist
At our organization, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. This role will involve monitoring and managing the flow of online orders from receipt to shipment.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service via email, chat, and phone for technical inquiries, product information, returns, and refunds. They will also be required to process return and refund requests in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and coordinating with involved departments (logistics and administration).
This position will contribute to the management of lead generation/management projects, monitoring the customer journey and improving key performance indicators through marketing automation and regular comparisons with the marketing and sales teams.
The successful candidate will collaborate with team members to manage WordPress sites and provide support for marketplace management (ManoMano, Ebay, Leroy Merlin).
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in back-office or customer service roles within e-commerce or commercial environments;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel;
- Proficiency in WordPress, Instapage, and Elementor;
- Strong English language skills;
