Key Account Manager – SKF Seals Automotive
SKF Seals Italy Automotive BU is currently seeking two Key Account Managers to join the sales team in Villanova d'Asti, Italy.
Reporting to the Automotive Sales Manager EMEA, the KAMs will be responsible for managing and growing assigned customer accounts while also playing a leading role in developing new business opportunities across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop assigned customers, ensuring trusting relationships and high satisfaction.
Coordinate customer strategy across pricing, revenue growth, profitability and program execution.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential customers.
Build, maintain and grow a robust pipeline of new prospects and strategic opportunities.
Prepare and negotiate quotations and commercial offers.
Ensure target profitability and alignment with business objectives set by BU.
Manage commercial activities during the program development phase before SOP.
Lead contract review process.
Monitor running series business evolution, detecting deviation vs Project's figures and act accordingly.
Prepare accurate forecasts and business plan.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments (engineering, product development, project management, quality, finance) to support customer programs and growth initiatives.
Requirements and Skills
Bachelor degree in Engineering or Economics.
Demonstrated experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure; APQP/ETO experience is a plus.
Solid knowledge of the automotive market and reference customers, OEMs, Tier 1/Tier 2, and sales experience in the automotive industry.
Technical knowledge of seals and related applications is a plus.
Knowledge of bearing producers' market is a plus.
Proficient business sense, communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to design and communicate compelling value propositions.
Highly motivated and focused on delivering results.
Problem-solving attitude.
Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of a second language such as French or German is a plus.
Availability to travel.
