Wintime SpA, a training company, is seeking a Training Coordinator / Junior Educational Activities Coordinator.
Main Responsibilities:
* Support in developing and preparing educational content and materials for national and international initiatives.
* Assist in organizing and implementing activities of the corporate Academy.
* Remote educational secretariat/back-office activities for various initiatives:
o Manage classroom documentation for attendance and educational materials.
o Ensure the proper conduct of educational activities.
o Monitor and address educational issues, making adjustments to align with educational objectives.
o Interface with project referents and teachers for updates on activity progress.
o Ensure regular and periodic educational reporting.
Requirements:
* Degree, even brief experience or internship in a similar position.
* Advanced Excel skills.
* Fluent English.
