Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop the client portfolio within the industrial pasta production sector (fresh, dry, or frozen pasta).
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, understanding their production processes and anticipating their needs.
Promote customized technical solutions in collaboration with the engineering and product management teams.
Monitor market trends, identify business opportunities, and contribute to the company’s market penetration strategy.
Support post-sales processes and customer care to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Attend trade shows, industry events, and strategic networking activities.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in the food industry, preferably in automation or material handling solutions.
Active presence in the pasta production industry and a pre-existing network of clients in the sector (pasta manufacturers, industrial producers, processing plants).
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, results-oriented, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Self-driven with the ability to manage a sales territory independently; willingness to travel frequently across the country (and possibly abroad).
A technical background (e.g., mechanical, food engineering) is considered a plus.
