Responsibilities
* Reporting to the Business Manager, the Key Account Manager is responsible for managing the brands present on BrandsPlace (VEEPEE Marketplace) on a daily basis, animating the offer through analysis, improvement levers, and planning in line with revenue targets and service levels in the category.
* Contribute to category growth through business development aimed at increasing the number of sellers on BrandsPlace (prospecting, pitching, selling, and negotiating until closing the deals).
* Within Veepee's commercial department, manage relationships with brands: regular calls, visits, newsletters, and presenting client KPIs.
* Improve presence and performance on the marketplace by planning annual business plans, animating the offer with events and thematic catalogs, and optimizing stock, references, and pricing.
* Analyze brand performance and report KPIs to stakeholders; coordinate with brand support, business development, e-merchandisers, and internal teams to ensure quality service and customer experience.
* Prospect and identify new sellers; initiate contact and lead meetings from pitch to contract signing; act as daily contact for strategic, operational, and technical questions.
* Be proactive in implementing initiatives to develop or optimize activities of the Marketplace team or business; manage international budget accountability (B2B); coordinate with KAMs from other countries to improve performances and diversify the offer for import/export sellers.
Must Have Skills
* With higher education in business or marketing, at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally in the e-commerce/multi-brand/marketplace sector.
* Customer service oriented and business-minded; organized and rigorous; proactive and agile; excellent interpersonal skills and strong negotiation sense.
* Fluent in Italian and English; proficiency in Excel is required.
