Role Description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Product Manager to manage the CT (Commercial Transportation) and LIC (Light Industrial Coatings) product portfolio for Italy and France markets.
The candidate will be responsible for the development, management, and strategic positioning of the products, ensuring the achievement of business objectives and customer satisfaction.
The role requires strong leadership skills, management of complex projects, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, technical, and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the entire product lifecycle of CT and LIC products, from specification definition to product launch and post-launch monitoring.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective product strategies and go-to-market plans.
Analyze the market and competition to identify growth and innovation opportunities.
Coordinate product development projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, costs, and quality standards.
Support technical and commercial training to ensure clear communication of product value.
Monitor sales performance and customer feedback to optimize the product portfolio.
Manage relationships with suppliers and strategic partners to ensure product competitiveness and quality.
Collaborate strategically with sales and marketing functions at EMEA and global levels, ensuring alignment of product activities with company objectives.
Key Deliverables
Define and update the product roadmap for Italy and France markets.
Launch new products according to the approved strategic plan.
Provide periodic reports on product performance and market analysis.
Implement corrective actions based on sales data and customer feedback.
Actively support commercial and marketing activities.
Success Metrics
Achievement of revenue and margin targets for the product portfolio.
Timeliness and quality of new product launches.
Customer satisfaction measured through feedback and quality indicators.
Efficiency in project management and adherence to assigned budgets.
Effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
Requirements
Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Chemical or related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in product management roles, preferably in the coatings sector, ideally industrial coatings.
Strong market analysis skills and results-oriented mindset.
Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently (Italy-France), approximately 50% of the time.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and international environments.
Excellent command of English; Knowledge of French is also valued positively.
