Position overview Key Responsibilities: - Identify customer needs, present tailored technical solutions, and build long-term business relationships with clients. - Act as link between customers, R&D and Supply Chain (production, planning and purchase) on new/current products development. - Troubleshooting: management of significant customer quality issues with analysis of the possible causes and proposal of technical solutions. - Technical support for the business segment: customer technical training, attendance to exhibitions, joint visits with distributors. - Share and monitor marketing strategies to the teams located in the territory to foster the growth of the business assigned at local level (subsidiaries). - Understand customer needs, challenges, and regulatory requirements to recommend customized solutions. - Collaborate with internal R&D and product development teams to tailor solutions for specific customer requirements. - Provide on-site technical assistance and troubleshooting for customers during product trials and formulation adjustments. - Train customers and partners on product use, benefits, and proper integration into their processes. - Introduce and track KPIs to validate the effectiveness of current/new products. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or Material Sciences, or equivalent education in related fields. - Proven experience of the relevant industry, market and sales. - Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills; value-added solution selling. - Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. - High proficiency in IT tools (Excel, Word, Web tools); knowledge of SAP is a plus. - Mandatory use of English (technical and commercial). - Willingness to travel (EU and extra EU).
