The organization focuses on fast iteration and prototyping ideas to scale it up fast around the globe. /ph3Role Overview /h3pThe AI Product Manager leads end-to-end AI initiatives for Back Office (Finance, HR, Legal, Procurement, Communication), from opportunity discovery to prototype and scale up before handover to operations’ teams. Operates within a lean Back Office AI Innovation hub using a pilot-to-handover model, reusing vendor AI and cross-functional assets; no embedded dev squad which will hired on a project base. Defines and owns the roadmap for the assigned AI initiatives. He will move beyond "AI for AI's sake" to identify high-impact use cases where machine learning/GenAI provides a genuine competitive advantage /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliLeadership Strategy: define and maintain the Back Office AI roadmap aligned with business priorities and Group AI strategy. /liliGovernance: run SteerCo, align priorities with functional leaders and Solution Owners; avoid duplication across functions. /liliDiscovery: shape high-value use cases with measurable outcomes; validate data/process readiness with Solution Owners. /liliProgram Management: plan, track and de-risk prototypes/MVP; run frequent reviews and demos. /liliCoordination Enablement: orchestrate internal ITD, vendors, data/AI teams; ensure compliance with architecture, security, privacy and Responsible AI. /liliPilot-to-Handover: define success criteria and orchestrate transition to BO/IT application teams for production and run. /liliIn partnership with Responsible AI, actively monitor for bias, hallucinations, and safety risks, ensuring our models comply with data privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA) and internal ethical standards /liliCollaborate with Product Marketing to launch AI features, ensuring that customer expectations are managed regarding the capabilities and limitations of the AI /liliMeasurable KPIs to make data-driven decisions on which features are the most valuable /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulli5+ years in Product Management/Innovation/AI transformation (enterprise context). /liliDomain Knowledge: familiarity with current AI technologies (e.g., Transformer models, RAG architectures, NLP, or Computer Vision) and the relevant APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, etc.) /liliProven experience with AI-enabled products/processes in Back Office domains (Finance/HR/Legal/Procurement). /liliTrack record of roadmap definition, MVPs, iterative delivery, and stakeholder management up to C-level. /liliStrong understanding of AI lifecycle (NLP/LLM/ML, prompt design, evaluation). /liliExcellent communication and storytelling; data-driven decision making. /li /ulh3Soft Skills /h3ulliOwnership and autonomy with pragmatic bias-to-action. /liliCross-functional influence and stakeholder alignment in complex environments. /liliClarity in narrative and ability to translate technical capabilities into business value. /liliThink big, start small: focus on quick, measurable wins. /liliPassion for exploring emerging technologies and driving innovation within the organization. /liliExcellent communication, organisational and teamwork skills. /liliCuriosity and adaptability within a lean team. /liliThe "Translator" Mindset: excel at breaking down complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for executives and customers. /liliResilience: understand that some AI experiments may fail, and those failures are a necessary learning toward the final solution. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
