You will focus on strengthening long-term partnerships, identifying opportunities for expansion, and ensuring client satisfaction through continuous collaboration and solution development. /ppbr/ppFew examples of responsibilities: /ppbr/pulliManage and nurture relationships with existing clients and partners, acting as their main point of contact for all business and operational needs. /liliIdentify opportunities to expand the scope of collaboration, upselling and cross-selling Caracol’s solutions. /liliEnsure a high level of customer satisfaction by proactively managing expectations, feedback, and ongoing projects. /liliWork closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and guarantee smooth project execution. /liliAnalyze customer performance and market data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities. /liliParticipate in industry events and client meetings to strengthen relationships and reinforce Caracol’s position as a trusted partner. /li /ulpbr/ppIdeal Background: /ppbr/pulliDegree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field. /lili3–5 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success within advanced manufacturing, industrial technology, or related B2B sectors. /liliProven experience in managing and expanding key accounts in international contexts. /liliSolid business acumen (knowledge) and industry knowledge in key sectors such as transportation, aerospace, automotive or tooling. /liliExcellent relationship-building and communication skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach. /liliAbility to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and a strong customer focus. /lilibLanguages: English and French are a must /b /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat we offer: /b /ppbr/pulliCompetitive compensation package. /liliThe opportunity to shape Caracol’s expansion and impact across European markets. /liliA dynamic, international, and innovation-driven environment. /liliCareer growth and professional development opportunities. /liliThe chance to work alongside passionate teams redefining the future of manufacturing. /li /ulpbr/ppCaracol is an equal opportunity employer.
