Role Overview
The Enterprise Account Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities with enterprise customers across Italy. This individual will manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to negotiation to close—while serving as a strategic advisor on OT cybersecurity risks and solutions.
The ideal candidate is fluent in Italian and English, has a strong background in cybersecurity or industrial technologies, and brings a proven track record of enterprise sales success in complex, consultative environments.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new logo acquisition and account growth across strategic Italian enterprise and industrial sectors
Develop deep relationships with CISOs, IT/OT security leaders, plant managers, and operational executives
Qualify opportunities, craft tailored value propositions, and manage the sales cycle through to close
Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Channel teams to deliver value-driven solutions
Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and activity tracking via CRM systems
Represent the company at local industry events, trade shows, and cybersecurity forums
Stay informed on relevant threat landscapes, regulatory drivers (e.g., NIS2), and OT cybersecurity trends
Support ongoing customer success and renewals by ensuring strong handoffs and maintaining executive alignment
Qualifications
Proven enterprise sales experience, with a strong preference for cybersecurity, industrial automation, or critical infrastructure domains
Fluent in Italian and English (written and verbal)
Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and technical requirements
Strong knowledge of the Italian industrial and public sector market, with existing relationships a plus
Experience selling to critical infrastructure clients (energy, utilities, transportation, manufacturing) is highly desirable
Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity
Willingness to travel within Italy and occasionally across EMEA
