Strategise and ensure the forecasted sales targets, revenue, profit margin and payment collections are achieved.
Develop new key clients and foster strong relationships (EU or UK region) to maximize solution sales and customer satisfaction. Attend exhibitions, trade shows, organize localised marketing campaigns to create leads.
Lead the engagement of existing and potential clients and stakeholders (owners, partners, banks, government bodies, etc) to win new business, and grow existing customer accounts.
Provide a continuous target improvement focus, sales cadence on pipeline creation, forecasting and market expertise to the business.
Ensure accurate and timely submission in CRM for quotation, sales forecast, delivery/backlog, inventory, collection and expense reports.
Collaborate with global sales, pre-sales and R&D team (in China) to provide support for local clients.
Bachelor Degree in Commerce, Business, Engineering or related field.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in sales, preferably within a global company.
Additional experience in the digital payment industry is highly advantageous.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, coupled with commercial acumen
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Proficiency in English and French or German (spoken and written).
The ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Travelling may be required.
