The Inside Sales Agent will be a deep support for key corporate Accounts. The person will closely monitor the set quarterly targets and will work with the Team on achieving them. In particular, the main responsibities are: - Act as a trusted/strategic advisor to each client to help drive continued value of our products and services - Simultaneously manage multiple customers who are at different points on the customer lifecycle - Build relationships by proactively calling customers on a biannual basis - Oversee data quality in CRM - Ensure the department’s KPIs are met (revenue, service, B2B customer satisfaction) - Identify business and revenue potential of each customer - Deal with Accounts and internal Teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively - Verify that negotiated rates are valid and follow up when rates will be renegotiated - Implement customers in internal systems so they can properly book rentals with negotiated rates - Previous working experience in B2B Sales, at least 2 years - Strong Analytic skills to analyse customer usage data - Excellent written and verbal communication and dealing skills - Ability to build strong relationships with clients and maintain their confidence - Ability to analyse client’s request and provide solutions based on their needs - Innovative thinking - Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills - English fluent - Salesforce knowledge will be considered an added value.
