About the Role
Il ruolo è diviso tra supporto tecnico di alto livello e formazione. Non dovrai gestire l’utente finale, ma sarai il punto di riferimento tecnico per i professionisti.
Responsibilities
* High‑level B2B technical support (Help Desk II Level): handle technical assistance requests from authorized service centers (CSA) and installing technicians, providing remote diagnoses and complex solutions via phone/digital systems.
* Technical training: deliver technical training courses (in classroom in Milan or Genoa) on the Daikin Heating product range, targeting external technicians and service centers.
* Support to service colleagues: provide remote assistance to field technicians on the ground for complex case resolution.
* Occasional field interventions: occasional on‑site visits (only in exceptional cases not solvable remotely) for advanced troubleshooting.
Job Requirements
* Technical experience: solid previous experience in heating (heat pumps, boilers, hybrid systems). Specific knowledge of client machines is a plus; however, we provide a training path.
* Background: experience in Service Technician, Expert Maintenance, Burner Technician or Technical Support in thermal‑technological companies.
* Communication skills: excellent communication and ability to explain complex technical concepts, essential for training and phone support.
* Digital skills: good PC usage, Office suite, and tendency to use management/CRM software for ticket tracking.
Other Information
Location: Milan (Zona Ripamonti) or Genoa (Zona Via Mogadiscio).
Mode: hybrid (3 days in office + 2 days of smart working per week).
