Swish & Click OÜ is searching for entrepreneurial, multilingual Business Development Managers to join us as independent partners. This is not a salaried job. It is a commission-only, self-employed role for individuals who want to build their own pipeline, manage their own clients, and grow their own income — with full backing and support from a fast-growing pan-European distributor of promotional merchandise.
TL;DR – Essential Requirements
* 📌 Independent Contractor (not employment) – you invoice us monthly.
* 💸 Commission-only – 10% on inbound leads, 25–35% on outbound, up to 40% in special phases.
* 🌍 Remote in EU/EEA, UK, or Switzerland – must be legally able to freelance/contract in your country.
* 🗣️ Languages – English B2+ AND at least one other European language at C1+ (Spanish, French, Italian, German, Dutch, or Swiss German preferred).

Europe is vast and varied. A client in Milan thinks differently from one in Zurich or Dublin. To truly deliver our vision, we need local connectors: independent professionals who understand how to open doors, speak the language (literally and culturally), and represent Swish & Click authentically.
This is why we are building a network of Business Development Managers (Contractors) across Europe.
As a contractor, you will:
* Introduce Swish & Click to companies that want creative, cross-border merchandising solutions.
* Work in your own language(s) and adapt to your local market culture.
* Grow your own pipeline and income — with our platform, compliance, and logistics backing you up.
Why Commission-Only?
We are completely upfront: this is 100% commission-only. There is no base salary, no fixed pay. You earn when you close deals, and you invoice us directly each month.

What You’ll Do (Independent Role)
Your day-to-day will be self-directed. Think of it as running your own micro-business under the Swish & Click umbrella.
Responsibilities include:
* Lead Generation: Proactively research and identify companies in your region. Reach out by phone, email, and LinkedIn to introduce our services.
* Inbound Leads: Respond quickly to prospects who contact us via our website or referrals. Convert warm leads into orders.
* Consultative Selling: Act as a consultant. Help businesses choose the right branded products that fit their budget and goals.
* Quoting: Use our product library and tools (we’ll train you) to prepare accurate quotes and creative proposals.
* Closing Deals: Negotiate (within clear guidelines), close sales, and pass order details to our logistics team.
* Follow-Up: Check in after delivery. Make sure clients are happy, thank them, and encourage repeat business or referrals.
* Pipeline Management: Track your leads, prospects, and quotes. You can use your own system or our shared CRM.
Remember: you decide how to work. There are no scripts, targets, or timesheets. Success comes from consistency and motivation.
Example Earnings
We believe in transparency. Here are realistic examples:
* €8,000 revenue/month → €500–€700 commission.
* €20,000 revenue/month → €1,250–€1,500 commission.
* €50,000 revenue/month → €3,125–€3,750 commission.
* €70,000 revenue/month → €4,375–€5,250 commission.
* €100,000 revenue/month → €6,250–€7,500 commission.
Actual results vary: some months may be slower, others may deliver big wins. There is no limit — your income depends entirely on your effort and ability to close.
Who You Are
We don’t care about degrees or job titles. We care about skills, independence, and languages.
Ideal profile:
* Languages:
* English at B2 level or higher.
* At least one additional EU/EEA/CH language at C1+ (Spanish, French, Italian, German, Dutch, or Swiss German are in high demand).
* A third language at B2+ is a plus.
* Location: Based in EU, UK, or Switzerland. Legally able to work as a freelancer/independent contractor in your country.
* People Skills: Outgoing, confident, not afraid of cold outreach. You can handle rejection, keep conversations going, and build trust.
* Organised & Independent: Capable of managing your own schedule and pipeline without supervision.
* Professional but Friendly: You know how to balance warmth with professionalism.
* Experience: Sales or client-facing experience is helpful, but not essential. If you’re motivated, we’ll support your learning.

Legal Status of the Role
This is a commercial agency arrangement under EU Directive 86/653/EEC.
* You are an independent contractor, not an employee.
* You invoice Swish & Click monthly for commissions.
* You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and social contributions.
* We do not set your hours or targets. You control your work.
* We provide full documentation if authorities require proof of your agent status.
In short: you are your own boss, but with our platform behind you.
Future Opportunities
This role is commission-only today. But as we grow, opportunities may open to transition into full-time employment in certain countries (e.g. Spain, Italy, UK). Contractors who prove themselves will be the first considered.
