Sales Manager – Hospitality Solutions (Northern Italy)
Summary of the Role
As a Sales Manager for Hospitality Solutions, you will contribute to Amadeus Hospitality’s growth by identifying and prioritizing business opportunities in your assigned region. You will build and maintain strategic partnerships with customers and collaborate across teams to deliver value and drive results.
Your Responsibilities
Build new relationships with prospective customers in Northern Italy.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored guidance and support.
Help customers increase revenue, streamline operations, and reduce costs.
Promote and sell Amadeus Hospitality’s integrated solutions.
Meet regional sales goals by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts.
Stay informed about market conditions and industry trends.
Act as a trusted advisor to customers through up-to-date industry knowledge.
Attend key industry events and represent Amadeus Hospitality.
Organize events for customers and stakeholders to foster engagement.
Contribute to strengthening Amadeus Hospitality’s position in the market.
Your Profile
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the hospitality and / or technology industry.
Strong understanding of the hotel, travel, and distribution industry.
Self-motivated and adaptable in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Enjoy building meaningful relationships across all levels of an organization.
Proactive in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Effective negotiation skills and ability to navigate challenges to achieve shared goals.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
Comfortable with regular travel to meet with customers (3–5 days per week), with flexibility where needed.
Able to work both independently and collaboratively in multicultural teams.
Bring creative thinking to problem-solving.
Skilled in influencing and resolving challenges constructively.
Fluent in Italian and English
