Ph3Overview /h3pAs Head of Marketing CSL Seqirus Italy, you will lead the marketing team in the Commercial Operations Italy organization. You will ensure a robust analytical base for strategic decisions, designing developing and implementing marketing strategies to support the organization\'s products. You will use specific marketing strategies and channels to launch and position products, identifying and implementing marketing strategies and programs in collaboration with internal sales and other stakeholders. You will work with a coaching style with your team, while delivering operationally as part of the role. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ullibStrategy /bulliResponsible for development of Brand Strategies, value proposition and marketing plans ensuring the tactical executions of the plan in Italy, consistency in brand messaging, compliance in promotional activities and gather insights to improve or create new marketing programs /liliDrive the strategic and brand planning processes for CSL Seqirus portfolio /liliSet brand objectives for CSL Seqirus products that will help achieve overall business objectives /liliDevelop communications strategy and cross-functional activity plan for target segments / customers /liliLead the execution of marketing tactics, obtain approval through appropriate copy-clearance committees, ensure full compliance as outlined by the CSL Seqirus SOP on promotional materials /liliManage relationship with advertising agencies, provide feedback on copy and creatives consistent with the brand promise and strategy /liliDrive congress execution, partnering with external agencies around booth development and logistics, key customer events, symposium, product presentations, etc. /liliMonitor short and long-term market trends that impact brand and continuously identify opportunities and gaps to feed into the strategic and tactical brand plans /liliDevelop KPIs and measure impact of programs on revenue (ROI) and other objectives /liliEnsure the best SoV of CSL Seqirus among the Digital Ecosystems /li /ul /lilibGrowth Delivery /bulliResponsible for achieving growth and hitting sales targets by partnering with the sales team at national/regional/local level /liliSupport the implementation of strategic sales plan that expands company\'s customer base and ensures strong presence /liliDevelops and maintains long term relationships with key customers, opinion leaders and other groups influencing the health system /liliSupports Customer Service and Tender Team to capture customer feedback and/or requests, and respond to them in a timely manner /liliMonitor customer satisfaction to ensure customer experience is consistent with brand promise /liliDrive setup, deployment and maintenance of customized CRM to streamline marketing and field activities /liliPerform ad hoc analysis of market data and sales performance, as needed /liliMonitor competitive intelligence and competitor activities, and make appropriate recommendations, as needed /liliDevelop implement the Digital Transformation in CSL Seqirus Italy /liliPartner with Medical Affairs, Regional and National Access KAMs Team to ensure business objective alignment /liliSupport the development and execution of portfolio-based programs /liliEnsure the alignment of marketing and medical strategies to achieve overall business objectives /liliCollaborate with cross functional team to deliver Strategic Plan /liliCollaborate with cross functional team to deliver regional plans /liliSupport other cross-functional portfolio related activities /liliCoordinate with Demand Planning the product supply and set accurate rolling forecasts /liliMonitor inventory during the sales season /liliCoordinate with Regulatory Affairs the in-country batch release process /liliSupport Customer Service and Tender Office for any product-related need /liliDeliver oral and written communications, develop and make presentations to commercial management, the sales force, and other internal groups and stakeholders, as needed /liliSupport all aspects of promotional expenses management and ensure the budget compliance /liliEnsure compliance to Procurement policies of external agencies /li /ul /li /ulh3Qualifications, Skills and Experience /h3ulliBachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Life Sciences or Business/Marketing.
