Experteer Overview
In this role you will drive the strategy and execution of CMS marketing, supporting and leading cross‑functional product initiatives. You will align clinical insights with sales enablement, crafting compelling value propositions and collateral. You will manage product launches and partner with sales to expand CMS adoption. The position offers the chance to shape messaging for cardiopulmonary care at a fast‑growing medical device company with a strong patient‑outcome focus.

* Develop and implement short‑ and long‑term CMS marketing strategies to broaden product use
* Collaborate closely with US Sales to support domestic selling efforts
* Interpret clinical studies into data‑driven messaging for sales
* Create marketing collateral, messaging, tools, and proof sources with cross‑functional partners
* Support annual sales meeting strategy, collateral, and training for pull‑through
* Analyze market opportunities and craft value propositions and competitive positioning
* Plan and execute launches for new products and features
* Lead cross‑functional teams on company initiatives and launches
* Set strategy and messaging for relevant trade shows with Marketing Leadership
* Foster relationships with key clinical figures and industry organizations
* Perform other duties as assigned by Management
Responsabilità
* Bachelor in Business or related field
* 4-6 years in downstream customer‑facing product marketing in medical devices/healthcare
* Demonstrated ability to interpret clinical data and develop clinician‑facing messaging
* Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills
* Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities; able to work independently
* High initiative and ability to interact with physicians, customers, and key opinion leaders
* Team player in a fast‑paced, highly visible environment
* Experience in regulated healthcare environments; willing to travel up to 20%
* Master’s degree strongly preferred
* Prior cardiac sales and/or marketing experience preferred
* Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Power BI preferred
