Role overview: The Senior Backend Developer will be responsible for product design and implementation, supporting field sales management and trade optimization processes, and managing complex planning and execution activities. You will play a key role in transforming the solution to SaaS, focusing on refactoring and service transformation.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead development and refactoring of product capabilities, analyzing key information and providing technical recommendations.
2. Support design reviews to ensure solutions align with architecture, security, scalability, and maintainability standards.
3. Gather requirements, design, implement, deploy, and monitor the product in production.
4. Estimate development efforts for new features and enhancements with the Scrum team.
5. Contribute to engineering standards, best practices, and community.
6. Develop and maintain high-quality, secure, and efficient software.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on a SaaS solution based on Microsoft technologies and Azure.
8. Assist in architecting solutions for field sales management and trade processes.
Ideal candidate:
* Advanced knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
* Experience in legacy code refactoring.
* Proficiency in C# programming.
* Experience applying SOLID principles and Design Patterns.
* Experience with Unit and Integration Testing.
* Fluent English communication skills.
* Knowledge of software engineering best practices across the development lifecycle.
* Experience developing distributed, scalable, high-volume transaction systems.
* Experience with microservice architecture.
* Database query performance tuning skills.
* Experience in Consumer Goods/Retail and related processes is advantageous.
