We have a great opportunity for a motivated and driven Solution Sales Manager.
Responsibility from lead generation to successfully implemented customer projects for intelligent lighting solutions for indoor and outdoor areas.
Job Specification:
1. Financial Objectives: Successfully achieve financial objectives, meeting sales targets, and securing market share objectives.
2. Customer Identification: Identify potential customers for Tridonic Italia.
3. Promotion & Outreach: Organize and lead activities to promote Tridonic products in the region.
4. Relationship Development: Develop professional relationships with System Integrators, System Partners, etc., in the region to initiate and increase commercial activities. Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire transaction process.
5. End User Engagement: Meet with end users to demonstrate the benefits of Tridonic components, instilling confidence in our solutions.
6. Project Development: Develop project concepts exceeding customer requirements and specifying the Tridonic brand, with support from the Italian Technical Dept if needed.
7. Training: Train designers and distributors on the implementation of our solutions to minimize after-sales complaints.
8. Competitor Analysis: Identify competitors' weaknesses and strengths. Develop a clear strategy to increase market share and report to the Italian Managing Director for internal adjustments and implementation in the market.
9. Marketing: Recommend marketing actions to promote the brand, differentiate Tridonic, and ensure sustainable mid-term growth.
10. Innovation: Provide ideas for new applications and support colleagues through information sharing, joint project organization, and assistance during client visits.

11. Develop and manage budgets effectively.
12. 80% travel required within the region to visit customers.

13. Several years of experience in Solutions Sales.
14. Strong interest in lighting technology and technical presentation.
15. Excellent communication skills (including English) and experience with intercultural aspects.
16. Proficient in various presentation media and common IT tools.
17. Successful track record in achieving financial objectives.
18. A great network.
19. Creativity, flexibility, and innovative thinking.
20. Familiarity with SAP, CRM.
Minimum Qualification:
21. Several years of experience in the Solutions Sales field.
22. Strong interest in lighting technology and technical presentation.
23. Communication skills (also in English) and experiences with intercultural aspects.
24. Knowledge in all kinds of presentation media; familiarity with common IT tools.
