Inside Sales Specialist The selected candidate will join the commercial back office team, reporting directly to the Italian/European General Manager. Specifically,
he/she will handle requests from customers received by phone or e-mail, in addition to supporting the external sales representative.
Actively collaborating in achieving sales targets and managing Customer Satisfaction activities. Managing orders, preparing quotations, commercial proposals, and drafting contracts. Providing telephone assistance regarding issues reported by customers, carrying out analysis activities to solve problems. Demonstrate strong proactivity in sales, maintaining regular contact with customers through calls, follow-ups, and targeted commercial actions.
The ideal candidate has a
technical background and
has gained at least 2 / 3 years of experience in technical sales.
Knowledge of the electromedical, pharmaceutical, or related sectors will be considered a plus.
Fluency in English is mandatory;
theknowledge of another language (French or German) will be considered a plus. xpavfwm
What we offer:
permanent contract (CCNL Commercio), with an indicative gross salary range between
35.000 and € 45.000, premio and meals vouchers.
