Experteer Overview In this role you own the end-to-end success of the product, from vision and business case to development, launch, and lifecycle management. You act as a mini-CEO, ensuring strategic alignment and cross‐functional coordination while driving sustainable business performance. You will shape product strategy, validate concepts with customers, and lead GTM and lifecycle optimization in a global, tech‐focused context. Ensure strong portfolio positioning and contribution to application domain development
Translate customer needs into clear product concepts and requirements
Lead market and competitive analysis and benchmark by application
Drive Voice of Customer initiatives and early adopter engagement
Define value proposition, pricing strategy by segment and geography; maintain segmented business cases
Monitor cross‐functional alignment and execution plans across stage gates
Define and support GTM strategy with Product Marketing Manager and support product readiness
Guide product presence at tradeshows and key customer engagements
Monitor KPIs and drive lifecycle optimization and corrective actions
Lead sales planning and demand forecasting with Sales and Supply Chain
Responsabilità 4/5 years of experience as Product Manager in B2B, preferably in Tech
Master's degree in Economics, Engineering, or related discipline
Languages: Italian and English fluent
Previous international company and markets experience
