* Welcoming and training new partners on our B2B platform, enhancing their confidence in using the tools.
* Maintaining strong relationships with existing partners through effective negotiation of commercial and financial terms.
* Identifying and leveraging new business opportunities to meet sales targets.
* Conducting regular on-site visits to organize training sessions, webinars, and product presentations.
* Monitoring client and team performance using BI tools to achieve better results.
* Collaborating with the support team to quickly resolve any issues.
* Providing regular reports to management regarding performance and actions taken.
Profile Requirements
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a proven track record of success in the local travel industry.
* At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in the travel industry, with a strong network of travel agents.
* Able to analyze data and use BI tools to optimize performance.
* Ambitious, autonomous, results-oriented, with excellent commercial communication and B2B negotiation skills.
* Proven experience in local sales development, ideally with an online travel platform or SaaS travel solutions company.
* Sales skills and a track record of success in the local travel industry.
* Fluent in English and Italian.
* Willingness to travel regularly as part of the role.
Benefits and Career Growth
We offer a competitive salary range between €38,000 and €40,000 gross per year, plus performance-based bonuses. Additional benefits will be discussed during the recruitment process.
