Overview

We are seeking a Senior Sales & Business Development Manager to lead global commercial growth and drive direct results. This role is pivotal in generating, converting, and nurturing high-value opportunities with high-net-worth collectors, dealers, and strategic partners worldwide.

Location: This role is based in Roquebrune-sur-Argens (France) and requires a relocation to France.

Key Responsibilities


Sales & Business Development

* Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities with HNW and UHNW clients, collectors, and importer / dealer partners.
* Support the COO and CEO in strategic sales initiatives, ensuring reservation and sales targets are consistently achieved.
* Manage importer and dealer relationships, prioritizing long-term partnerships and purchase commitments.
* Represent Bertone at international automotive and luxury events, actively building and strengthening client relationships.


Performance & Analytics

* Set and monitor sales KPIs, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize performance.
* Analyze sales activities and channels to ensure ROI and continuous improvement.
* Introduce structured reporting for the sales pipeline, ensuring full visibility for leadership.


Requirements

* 7–10 years of experience in sales and business development, ideally within the automotive, luxury goods, or lifestyle industries.
* Proven track record in closing sales with HNW clients and generating measurable commercial growth.
* Strong analytical skills with expertise in sales performance metrics.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills; fluency in English and French required, Italian is a strong plus.
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
* Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally in a boutique luxury environment.
