As they expand their product portfolio and global presence, their Sales department is hiring an ISAM (Inside Sales Account Manager). Whether clients need fast product enhancements, onsite engineering support, or rapid deployment across continents, our client delivers. They accelerate digital transformation by providing exceptional network visibility, threat detection, and operational insight for OT and IoT environments.
Role Overview
As the ISAM, you will be entrusted with building and owning strong relationships with partners, prospects, and customers while evangelizing the value proposition with various stakeholders. Ultimately, you will be responsible for building high growth and repeatable business in your territory.
Requirements
* Must be business proficient in English and German
* Proven experience in Cybersecurity Sales with a high-energy, multitasking ability across customer, client, and prospect sales and support cycles
* Ability to generate a high volume of transactions monthly/quarterly while building relationships with key Nordic customers
* Experience selling Network, Security, and/or SaaS solutions in a subscription model with ACV targets
* Experience in direct sales, ideally within industrial automation, controls, or security sectors
* Understanding of information security principles and networking technologies (advantageous)
* OT / IoT background with an industrial focus (preferred but not essential)
* Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and persuasion skills
* Proficiency in English and German and additional Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish)
Responsibilities
* Focus on new logo acquisition and business development through network leveraging and lead qualification
* Achieve and exceed quota targets
* Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities
* Accurately forecast quarterly bookings and develop business plans
* Develop relationships with key stakeholders and secure renewable business
* Provide a white-glove experience as a trusted advisor, developing expert-level knowledge of the company's value proposition
* Coordinate all customer activities involving internal teams using CRM tools like Salesforce
* Collaborate with Marketing on events and initiatives
* Secure key reference accounts within relevant verticals
* Uphold the company's values of transparency and trust in protecting critical assets
