Responsibilities:
The Sales Enginneer is responsible for selling solutions to prospective customers, executing strategic agreements, modeling technical commercial offerings that match customer requirements, and complying with the company's potential offerings. Possesses, strong interpersonal skills, strong technical skills, and robust communication and presentation skills. Reports to the market and/or area sales manager.
Main activities:
1. Foster the technical and commercial development of the existing customer base for Klueber Italy's Global Business Team area
2. Develop in relevant markets new customers
3. Collaborate with sales managers to plan, prepare and execute strategic agreements in complex sales cycles
4. Manage customer reporting and quotations using company CRM system
5. Technical support to area colleagues with reference to GBT customers
6. Sales support to customers according to the work criteria that will be defined in agreement with his/her supervisor and the relevant Sales Manager
7. Connection role for development projects for areas of competence with colleagues in the parent company and technical contacts at customers
Qualifications:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
8. Diploma in a technical field ( Mechanical, Aeronautical, Automotive, Energy)
9. Verbal and written communication skills in English (B1 level)
10. Possession of a B driver's license
11. Willingness to travel within the territory of Italian and occasionally abroad
12. Strong interpersonal skills
13. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
14. Strong motivation and aptitude for sales, team working, long-term orientation
15. Knowledge of major mechanical components and their applications in the industrial world (Bearings, gearboxes, etc.)
16. Advanced, proven knowledge of the office package (Excel, Word, Power point, Power BI)
17. Solid technical background and/or practical experience in software development and web technologies
18. Residency in the Piedmont region
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
19. Knowledge of CRM systems
20. Knowledge of Italian markets related to Automotive, Bearings and Wood Pannel Industry
21. Basic knowledge of German language
