What You Will Do : Take a fierce customer focus to execute sales and help solve some of the world’s most challenging security problems for our enterprise clients. We want individuals who bring their entrepreneurial spirit, drive, and positive energy to sell the best technology! Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals and objectives, with a focus on driving business transaction linearity and pipeline development. Identify and pursue sales opportunities within assigned accounts. Drive business development and pre-sales initiatives leveraging your industry and technical background. Build in-depth knowledge of clients’ business priorities, challenges, and initiatives to translate into solution opportunities. Establish value-added relationships within accounts to become a trusted advisor. Use technology, products, processes, industry expertise, and consultative sales skills to educate customers on the value of solutions. Develop multi-level relationships within accounts using internal and external resources, including channel partners, to maximize revenue and establish Forescout as a strategic, long-term partner. Execute effective account and opportunity management supported by a virtual team including senior executives, sales, product management, engineering, professional services, technical consultants, and channel partners. Align with delivery teams to leverage follow-on business opportunities. Attend major project milestones and executive reviews. What You Bring To Forescout : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience with 8 years of selling technology solutions to C-level executives. Fluent in English and Italian. Some experience selling security software solutions such as endpoint security, firewalls, SIEM, NAC, etc. A history of repeated success at various levels, from competitions to President’s Club winners. Excellent prospecting and business development skills, with a proven track record of recent sales to enterprise accounts with over 5,000 employees. Experience working with Global 2000 companies. Solution selling multi-product software and hardware solutions. Excellent presentation skills. Proven ability to work effectively across all organizational levels within large, complex organizations. Strong negotiation skills to work with customers and partners on terms, conditions, and pricing. Team player who collaborates with sales engineers, inside reps, marketing, and professional services to meet and exceed quotas. Ability to influence contract content. Thrives in a high-paced, changing environment. Capable of multitasking while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.
