We are seeking a Chef d'Étage – In-Room Dining, a pivotal role dedicated to transforming every in-room dining moment into a refined, memorable experience - where discretion, timing and detail define perfection.
The role
The Chef d'Étage leads and coordinates the In-Room Dining operation, ensuring flawless service, exceptional presentation and seamless collaboration, all delivered with the signature warmth of Corinthia.
Your contribution
- Orchestrate the In-Room Dining service with confidence and refinement
- Oversee tray preparation and presentation to the highest luxury standards
- Inspire and guide the service team through leadership and example
- Ensure impeccable timing and elevated guest satisfaction
- Anticipate and manage special requests with poise and creativity
- Work in close harmony with Kitchen and Stewarding for seamless flow
- Uphold cleanliness, order and full HACCP compliance at all times
What we are looking for
- Experience in In-Room Dining or luxury hotel F&B environments
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- A genuine passion for creating refined guest experiences
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Good command of English (additional languages are a plus)
- Flexibility and availability to work on shifts
