We are looking for an Account Manager based in Rome, hired by Amusnet Italy.
Main Responsibilities
* Operate as a point of contact for the assigned customers.
* Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with accounts.
* Make sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely manner.
* Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
* Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
* Take care of compliance inquiries and assist in document requests.
* Forecast and track client account metrics.
* In‑depth knowledge of the product portfolio.
* Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
* Ability to travel for meetings with clients, industry related shows and conferences.
* Contribute to the design and implementation of promotional initiatives.
* Prepare reports on account status.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Experience in the online gambling industry.
* Proven work experience as an account manager or other relevant experience.
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
* Fluent English both written and spoken.
* Attention to detail.
* Result‑oriented and self‑driven personality.
* Technical knowledge is a plus.
* Be a team player and dedicated to delivering great results.
* Based in Rome, Italy.
