It delivers innovative and field-tested science and technology (ST) solutions to address defence and security needs of the Alliance. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDesign research, service design, or strategic design roles with deep expertise in qualitative methodologies and design thinking frameworks. /liliLead comprehensive user research to uncover needs, behaviours, and pain points across diverse stakeholder groups. /liliFacilitate workshops and design sessions to build cross-functional alignment and drive consensus. /liliGuide teams to concrete product decisions through structured design thinking. /liliDesign intuitive, accessible interfaces by translating research insights into wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready visual designs. /liliCollaborate cross-functionally to iterate and implement designs by working with Engineering to ensure feasibility and rapidly refining solutions based on feedback. /liliSynthesize findings into actionable design principles, user stories, and prioritized requirements. /liliDefine and own the product vision, translating insights into a coherent strategy that guides development. /li /ulh3Essential Qualifications Experience /h3ulliA minimum requirement of a bachelor’s degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in an information systems, physics or electronics related scientific or engineering discipline. /liliA minimum of 3 years of experience in product management in complex or data-driven environments, with strong background in agile methodologies and stakeholder management. /liliStrong facilitation and storytelling skills to align diverse stakeholders and senior leadership. /liliDeep expertise in relevant discipline methodologies and best practices. /liliProfessional experience working effectively in cross-functional agile teams. /liliVery good level of spoken and written English. /li /ulpIf you've read the description and feel this role is a great match, we'd love to hear from you!
