The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of business development and dealer management experience in Europe, preferably in Italian-speaking countries, with proven success in features-benefit-solutions selling within high-tech geospatial industries such as surveying, construction, mapping, GIS, marine survey, and precision agriculture. /p pIn this hands-on role, you will: /p ol liIdentify and recruit new dealers. /li liSupport and develop existing distributors. /li liManage key accounts across Italy and surrounding countries, serving diverse market segments with our positioning and navigation solutions. /li /ol h3About the role /h3 ul liAchieve regional sales targets, maximize sales volumes, and develop market share. /li liCreate regional sales plans and quotas aligned with business objectives. /li liConduct business development activities to establish new distribution channels and key accounts across various verticals through prospecting. /li liSupport distributors in developing their business activities. /li liRespond to and close sales inquiries in collaboration with distributors. /li liVisit customers and conduct demonstrations to convert leads into orders. /li liParticipate in trade shows, events, and promotional roadshows. /li liIdentify and develop new market opportunities by analyzing regional trends. /li /ul h3About you /h3 ul liMaster's or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Engineering. /li liMinimum of 3 years of proven B2B sales experience in geospatial industries such as GNSS positioning/navigation, LiDAR mapping, unmanned surveying, construction engineering, GIS, land surveying, or precision agriculture. /li liFluency in Italian and professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) are mandatory. /li liExperience in international dealer management is a plus. /li liResults-oriented with a positive outlook and a focus on high quality and profitability. /li liStrong negotiation skills and excellent face-to-face communication abilities. /li /ul puNote: /u Candidates must be EU citizens, residing and eligible to work in Italy to be considered. /p h3Travel Requirements /h3 pThis position involves frequent travel within Italian-speaking countries (approximately 50%) and occasional travel across Europe for meetings, trade shows, and strategic visits. /p h3What we offer /h3 pAn opportunity to work in an international, results-driven company where your skills will be fully utilized.
